The 2014 Major League Baseball Spring training season has begun, and the Cleveland Indians return to their Cactus League facility, Goodyear Ballpark in Arizona. The Indians started training at the Goodyear facility in 2009. During that year, they returned to the Cactus League after a 15- year absence.
The town of Goodyear is a residential area just outside of Phoenix. Obviously because of its southern climate, the town ranges at around 300 sunny days per year.It is a perfect place to play ball not just for the pros, but for the kids aspiring to be Major League Baseball players as well.
